How to submit an IT request
If you need IT assistance, you can submit an IT request by opening the Support Portal and then select Report an issue
Before you proceed, please make sure you are logged in to FreshService.

On the new screen that appears, type in your email address, a description of your IT request or issue and then click 'Submit'.
Please note that all fields marked with a red asterisk * are required.

For the best support, please ensure that you include as much information about your problem as possible. For example:
- Include what type of IT equipment or service you are having problems with
- Where you or the IT equipment is located (if applicable)
- What steps you have tried to resolve the problem
- How long this has been a problem?
- How long can you wait for this problem to be resolved?
