IT Helpdesk SharePoint permissions
At time of writing, there are 5 SharePoint groups for the Marymede IT Helpdesk SharePoint
- IT Helpdesk SharePoint Administrators - Full Control
- IT Helpdesk SharePoint Editors - Edit (Can add, edit and delete lists; can view, add, update and delete list items and documents)
- IT Helpdesk SharePoint Contributors - Write (Can view, add, update, and CANNOT delete list items and documents)
- IT Helpdesk SharePoint Viewers - Read (Can view pages and list items and download documents)
- IT Helpdesk SharePoint Guests - Limited Access (Can view pages and list items and CANNOT download documents.)
Access to these groups, are managed in SharePoint directly.
If adding or removing access, please ensure that you do this at a Site level or Document Library, not in the folder level.
